Shipping & Refund Policy

Products are shipped within a few business days of purchase unless there is a travel related delay. If a purchase is made while I need more time to fulfill your order, I will tell you an estimated shipping date. Delays aren't likely, but I want to address that possibility since this is a one-woman operation.

The cost of basic continental U.S. shipping is included in the price of the art. Items are shipped from Franklin, TN. If you request expedited shipping, shipping outside the U.S., and / or extra insurance on the package, there will be additional charges.

A handful of times per year the original art that is for sale on this website is also on display in venues. If a painting is sold at a venue, it is removed from the website within 24 hours. If by a small chance you purchase a painting via the site that has just been sold in person, I will fully refund you and send you a print of the painting as an apology for the inconvenience. There are no refunds for other products.
